With approximately 1,400 square feet, one-bedroom Colorado residences feature a king bed in the master bedroom, a large soaking tub in the master bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa, a spacious living and dining room, flat-screen LCD TVs, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, fireplace, private balcony and a washer/dryer.
