ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.

**Pool heating and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking and are subject to availability and approval. Must be requested at least 72 hours before check in.**

*YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS HOUSE.**

*No Party/No smoking/No Pets - Subject to penalty fee!

*Stays of 31 nights or more require a mandatory additional cleaning and laundry service; this cost is not included in the booking and must be paid separately.

PARKING:
- Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or in the garage.
- Vehicles parked in the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass is at high risk of being towed at your own expense.
- There is no overflow parking.
- The clubhouse parking lot may be utilized throughout the day on a first come first served basis. No overnight parking on road.

*According to our company’s policy for identity verification purposes, you must sign the rental agreement, fill out the guest registration form, and provide a copy of your photo ID and a copy of your credit card (front part - showing only the last four digits), and a picture of yourself holding your photo ID - failure to provide the required documentation as instructed will make your reservation ineligible, and no refunds will be given (cancellation policy). - There is a mandatory refundable security deposit of $500.00*܏
