We chose this neighborhood for its perfect location, its vibrant life, its safety, and the magical old alleyway that keeps us in the heart of Miraflores but far enough from the street noise and closer to nature and birds.

What makes this property unique

The old style of the building makes us feel as if we were in the countryside, but just stepping out, and we are in the middle of the most cosmopolitan area of Lima. I love its tall windows and the natural light it can have during a sunny day. We have also put a lot of attention into the decoration and book selection.
