5bedroom 3 Bathroom Lodge a new addition to Marshmallow Acres Premier Log House. Full gourmet Kitchen Gas FirePlace, Only available September-December this year. Great spot For Family Reunions, Master King, 3 Queens and one Room with Twin beds allows plenty of space for everyone. I also allow your family dog for a small fee . BBQ areas and Firepits are all on Property New Kingsize swings was also added for the younger travelers in your family.

Setup of cabin was perfect for two families. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host/rental service was excellent to deal with and very accommodating…even dropped off firewood.

This house is ideal for families whose kids are playing at Dreams park, which is an easy five-minute drive from the property. The house is clean and cozy, and Kar and Derik were responsive and helpful when any minor issues arose. This was so much better than a cramped, overpriced hotel room. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay for my wedding

Had a wonderful time! My Groomsmen and I used this house as a place to stay and get ready in the morning before my wedding. Host was extremely responsive about any issues that occurred during our stay.

Cooperstown Tournament

Close and super easy to get back and forth from Dreams Park. Lots of rooms and beds available. Open living space for meals and hanging. Well stocked for kitchen needs.

Our group was in Cooperstown for the Dreams Park baseball tournament. The location of Bear Lodge was excellent - only 1.5 miles away from CDP. The home was well furnished and the kitchen was great. Bedrooms were nice sized. Communication with host and her son (who is the on site caretaker) was great. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay here again. Note that there are two other homes nearby so if you have a big group it would be good to rent all three.

Great place right by Dreams Park!

We stayed here for Cooperstown Dream Tourney. It is a beautiful property (I believe 5 acres of land total) only minutes from Dreams park and several restaurants nearby. We stayed in Lodge 1. We had a fire ring, grill, porch, and a playset for the kids. The House was clean with plenty of beds for 3 families (10 people - 6 adults and 4 kids). It's a family-run property and Derek, who lives on-site, was always willing to accommodate or help us with anything we needed. We will be booking all 3 lodges here next year with other team families.

Perfect for dreams park

Owner very easy to work with. Property was as listed. So easy for back and forth to dreams park. Property has three homes. Far enough apart that you don’t notice them and have privacy. But would be fun for team to rent all 3!

Excellent Stay

Karine and her son Derik are wonderful hosts. This was our second year in a row that we book this property with our friends and their families. We stayed in a different house this year (identical to the one we stayed in last year) so I was unsure if there was a fire pit at this house. I reached out to Karine before our trip and she wrote back saying that Derik will build us one. Sure enough, there was a fire pit with wood and chairs waiting for us when we got there!! This house is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean (the pictures don't do it justice). It is in the perfect location - just a short drive to fly creek, Ommegang, the farmers museum, and Brooks BBQ! The swing set, huge property, trails in the woods, pond, and animals are more than enough to keep all of our children entertained throughout our stay. The first night we were there we had an issue with one of the beds and Derik came and changed out the entire bed frame to ensure it wouldn't happen again. I can't say enough about how accommodating Karine and Derik are. It truly makes staying there easy and care free! We love this property (and hosts) and can't wait to book again for our annual trip next fall!!
