We absolutely loved our stay! The home was warm, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was very family-friendly, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was perfect—close to the college and convenient to everything we needed. The beautiful views and nearby walking areas made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Carrie was an excellent hostess! She was responsive and helped us when we had questions or a need. The property was lovely! It was just as it was described and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We absolutely loved it here! The listing and pictures were accurate. The place was very clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, towels etc. Such a cozy comfortable spot with adorable decor! Very easy to check in and out

What stood out to me the most about this charming house was that it felt like home to me!!! It is absolutely beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and spacious! Definitely family friendly and well stocked with everything you need! The family games are awesome touch and so is the coffee bar with snacks! It is not too far from town. It is literally steps from an amazing rails to trails trail with beautiful views!!! Next time we will definitely bring our bikes!!! Excellent communication with host!!! House and experience was delightful!

We had a great stay! Excellent location between Johnson City and Elizabethton. Plenty of space in the house for relaxing or playing games. Nice, large kitchen space and back sitting room to enjoy coffee and a book in the mornings. Easy check-in/check-out too! Thanks!

This is a very unique fun property but could use some TLC on the exterior. The cute house was very well stocked and comfortable but has some large over grown bushes on the front and back back of the house. Loved the "playing now" record selection and the other personal touches.

Clean and bright just like the photos. Plenty of room for the six of us. Location was perfect and right near the Tweetsie Trail. Will love to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Johnson farmhouse. My daughter’s had a softball tournament in Johnson City and the location was perfect. We also went to historical sites and waterfalls. Overall, the experience was great. Would do it again if we go back.

Had a great stay at the house. It was a little difficult to find at first as we came in the opposite direction but it was alright. You have neighbors directly in front of you which was unexpected but not a problem. Great location and fit all of our needs!!

The location was great, private and peaceful! Close to everything, especially ETSU and Johnson City. The house was clean with all the amenities and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped but I did need one more pot that I purchased to prepare our meal with family. The bed was comfy but small. It was a full size. It would be nice to have a queen. We did not bring pets but would in future. It would be great to have a fenced area for dogs out back. The yard could use some sprucing up but all on all it was a very good stay.
