Les Pins is a beautiful beach house style villa. It features an infinity pool, fully fitted kitchen, large open plan kitchen-dining-living room. Sky TV, Starlink wifi, BBQ area, many seating areas, Balinese chill-out house. The villa overlooks Ibiza´s dramatic northern coastline, close to some of the North's great beaches such as Benirras, Xucla, and Xaracca. Less than a 10 minute drive to the village of Sant Joan. Truly amazing villa tucked away in the north of the island, was a great place to explore by car and foot. The villa slept 8 people comfortably and the outdoor dinning areas was in permanent use. The view looking out from the pool is even better in real life and there were lots of hidden places to chase the last rays of sun. Jeff was very helpful but everything was pretty straight forward so we didnt need much help...would probably recommend getting a 4x4 car to really get the most of the surrounding area, lots of dirt tracks to explore running along the coast. I would be very happy to go back to this spot again... Tim

Rural retreat

We enjoyed our stay and got to see the north of the island. The view is really incredible. Need a car to get around as it’s a remote location. WiFi wasn’t the strongest but we learnt that satellite internet can drop. Ok if watching iPad etc but not strong enough to do multiple zoom calls simultaneously. Jeff was very helpful and came to the property speedily to help with issues.

Elizabeth and her colleagues were on working holiday sometimes wanting to do simultaneous Zoom calls and the old wifi simply didn't cut it. In 2022, Elon Musk's Starlink has been installed and wifi speed at 335Mbps is now comparable to Fibre...but also with low ping times due to NEO satellites, which allows painless Zoom calling if that's what you need.

Fantastique Villa - calme et paysage magnifique

Superbe Villa au calme mais commerces assez proches (10 minutes en voiture). Petit bémol : seules 2 chambres sont équipées de Cimatisation et durant les fortes chaleurs, ce fût un peu pénible et même pendant la nuit. Mis à part cela, c'est un petit paradis .

Wonderful villa with an incredible view

Enjoying the peace and tranquility of Northern Ibiza this villa is secluded, with an incredible view. Jeff the owner works very hard to make your stay enjoyable and has lots of suggestions for the best hidden spots song the coastline. The villa has several outdoor areas so you can make the best of the view and the all day sunshine! The villa is on a Camino off the main road but it prettily easily accessible in most hire cars. We loved watching the sunset at Los Enamorados with fish tacos, visiting Elements beach club at Benniras beach and the wonderful Giri Cafe in nearby Sant Joan- best on a Sunday during the market. There's also a lovel vegetarian cafe on the corner in Sant Joan which does wonderful juices. We can't recommend Les Pins enough.

Ett underbart boende med otrolig utsikt. Vill man vara ifred och en bit från stad är detta super! Vi hyrde bilar och åkte runt för att upptäcka Ibiza. Bra o smidig kontakt med the landlord. Allt fungerade toppen!

What a delightful peaceful retreat!

We spent a week here with five of us to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday. The villa is spacious, stunning and has all the mod cons you'd like. The multiple outdoor areas were delightful and the view can't be beat! In addition Jeff's excellent and quick response whenever we had queries, as well as his suggestions, were fabulous. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic (quiet) place with wunderfull view

The pictures tell the story well, a fantastic villa on a mountain top, with a fantastic view over the sea. The beach (with restaurant) is really close (2 km.) and the north of the island is really nice. Far away from all the noise and other tourists, buth close enough to everything you need (beaches, restaurants, hippie market and supermarket). The house was very clean and everything you need, can be found (dishwasher, multiple showers, bbq, tv etc). The only idea is perhaps to rent a car which easily can manage the somewhat challeging road to the house. Specially the last 400 metres is with a regular vehicle a bit challeging, but after some days of practise, it becomes more easy. No reason not to go!! We stayed at the house with nine people (4 adults) which was very okay. The beach Cala Pada at the East coast (20 minutes) is really nice, small but with everything you need (nice restaurant with fantastic food on the beach), also on Saturday there is a small (and authentic) hippie market in San Joan (10 minutes). Also the small supermarket in San Joan offers everything you need. The butcher has very nice meet for the bbq! Summary: don't hesitate to book this house.

Les Pins - Ibiza

Les Pins villa in the North of Ibiza (St Joan) was ideal. There were four of sharing but space enough for eight. The villa is beautifully done and to a very stylish spec. All bathrooms have power showers and you can take your pick from four comfortable bedrooms, the front two having views out to sea. Amazing views of the sea and you really are in a very peaceful area, undisturbed. St Joan is close for basic shopping needs. The villa is very clean and well maintained, gorgeous pool, outside BBQ that we used daily. There wasn't anything we couldn't find inside the villa, everything you need is there! Even sky TV which was used upon occasion one cold night! Speaking of cold we lit the wood burning stove the same evening which was lovely. The owner provided excellent directions to the villa from the airport and provided a very friendly relationship with us, always at the end of the phone/email to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this villa to friend and family. You do need to rent a car.
