Located in a secure, gated community with two pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts and beautiful landscaping, the unit includes a large primary suite, guest bedroom, and optional 3rd bedroom/office (not enclosed) along with a patio and deck with a peek-a-boo ocean view.

This community provides incredible access to the best of all worlds -- steps from the beach, great restaurants and shops, and proximity to the freeways if you'd like to explore beyond Solana Beach.
What makes this property unique
Community is on the bluffs overlooking the ocean and my unit is adjacent to the beach path, making it super easy to get to the beach multiple times/day and still super accessible to shopping and dining.
