A well designed apartment with a beautiful garden.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had been well designed to make the most of the space. The kitchen was small but well equipped and the open plan space worked well. The garden was a beautiful setting to relax. A perfect base to explore the historic cities. Thanks for the wine, beer and delicious homemade jam. It would be worth using Google Translate on documentation. We are unable to speak German and wanted to read the information pack. We would have loved more recommendations on the local sights.

Wonderful Apartment in a wonderful location.

WOW ! A great apartment, spacious, built within a renovated barn to a very high standard by the craftsman owner. For people like us who love a rural environment, a FANTASTIC location, with a serene and relaxing outlook onto the undulating fields, which at the time of our visit were lush spring green. The kitchen was extremely well equipped; the best we have encountered in many travels. All the equipment needed to cook was available. Parking was within the apartment grounds - so easy. The village is small and very quiet:) Silvia was a helpful, friendly and informative hostess, and assistance from Brigette was very useful. The town of Konigsberg (about 10 kms away) is very pretty and unspoilt and Bamberg is within easy commute. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends or relatives, as we would recommend the other new apartments in the building nearby that Silvia was kind enough to show us.

Rust en vriendelijkheid

Het vakantiehuis is zeer schoon en ligt heel rustig in het piepkleine dorpje Koslau. Voor mensen die van de stad houden is het misschien iets te rustig en de winkels te ver maar als je rust zoekt en de roering op wilt zoeken, dat prima kan want er zijn veel mooie steden in de buurt, is dit verblijf prima! In de tuin is het fijn vertoeven en het huis is altijd koel, dat was in de periode dat wij er verbleven (36 graden) heel fijn. Wij vonden het een beetje jammer dat er in de woonkamer geen comfortabele stoelen waren en dat de wifi vaak haperde. Verder alles goed in orde. Goed uitgeruste keuken, met oven!, en heerlijke douche. Sylvia is een hartelijke gastvrouw die het je naar de zin wil maken.

Pure Entspannung!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der riesige Garten und die tolle Natur lässt einen wunderbar entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auszeit vom Alltag

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung - tolle Ausstattung, herzliche Gastgeber und eine fantastische Lage fernab von Lärm und Stress. Erholung pur, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Lage

Super, wunderschönes Quartier in toller Umgebung. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für lange Radtouren. Das einzige Problem: Man findet im Umkreis von 50 Km kein schönes Restaurant, das geöffnet ist. Einkehren, um zu essen und sich frisch zu machen - ausgesprochen schwierig. Aber das ist mittlerweile in vielen anderen Urlaubsregionen nicht anders. Trotzdem: wir kommen wieder.

Geweldig vakantiehuis, vakwerkboerderij midden in de natuur.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het gezellige en luxe ingerichte vakantiehuis van Silvia en Thomas. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen en geen moeite was teveel om het ons naar onze zin te maken. Het uitzicht was prachtig, we hebben leuke uitstapjes in de buurt gemaakt, wandeltochten direct vanuit het huis de mooie natuur in. Een aanrader voor iedereen.

Super designte Wohnung auf dem Land

Haben uns richtig erholen können. Schöne Terrasse und wunderbare Aussicht. Nur die Mūcken machten uns zu schaffen. Die fliegen via die offen stehende Tür in die Wohnung hinein.

Seit Jahren treffen wir uns mit Freunden zum Radeln, auf diesem Wege haben wir schon viele schöne Gegenden Deutschlands erkundet. Diesmal also Franken. Das Anwesen ist überaus geschmackvoll und schön angelegt. Die Unterkunft mit allem ausgestattet, was auch anspruchsvolle Urlauber gerne vorfinden. Ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die nach einer Radpanne sogar ein privates gutes Rad zur Verfügung stellten. Restauranttipps passten hervorragend. Insgesamt ein herausragendes Ambiente.

Eine wunderbare Zeit

Dem Lob über die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung in den vielen Bewertungen können wir uns voll anschließen. Deshalb hier einmal ein anderer Aspekt: Mitten in der lang andauernden Hitzeperiode bietet das Ferienhaus viele Möglichkeiten, entweder der Sonne zu entgehen oder das Wetter draußen zu genießen. Die nach Osten gelegene Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Ausblick über Wiesen, Felder und Wäldchen liegt ab dem frühen Nachmittag im Schatten, ein sonniges Plätzchen ist im Garten aber jederzeit zu finden! Durch das große Scheunentor kann die deckenhohe Fensterfläche, durch die viel Licht einströmt, gut beschattet werden, sodass sich das Innere der Wohnung nicht so aufheizt. Frau Schuhmann reagierte auch in unangenehmen Situationen (wir hatten uns aus der Wohnung ausgeschlossen) sehr flexibel und hat eine unbürokratische und schnelle Lösung parat. Noch einmal vielen Dank dafür!
