Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
If you need flexibility with these times, please let me know in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Property Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests have the option to purchase VRBO Property Damage Protection during booking for extra coverage.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and held to cover any accidental damage, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules. This ensures your stay and our property are protected.

Without written consent, no guests are allowed inside the home who are not on the reservation. If you have guests not on the reservation, you will not be covered under any insurance and will be liable for any loss or damages.

Before you Leave

Please gather the used towels- it is OK to place them inside the tub or shower
Please turn off all the lights, fans and appliances.
Please be sure all the windows and doors are closed.
Please remove kitchen trash - large trash can is located in the garage

To maintain a clean and welcoming environment, please review our additional cleaning fees below:

1. **Smoking or Vaping**
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking or vaping inside or outside the house. This includes the garage, front patio, atrium and upstairs deck.
If this policy is not followed, an additional cleaning fee of **$150** will be applied.

2. **Biohazard Clean Up**
In the unfortunate event of a biohazard situation (such as blood, vomit, diarrhea, or feces), an additional cleaning fee of **$250** will be assessed for specialized cleaning services.

3. **Excessive Clean Up**
Should there be a need for excessive cleaning beyond our standard procedures, an additional fee of **$125** will apply.

4. **Damage Responsibility**
Guests are fully responsible for any items that are damaged, broken, or missing during their stay.

5. No Pets Allowed – Allergy Notice

For the health and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited in this home due to severe allergies. Bringing a pet into the property, regardless of size or type, is a direct violation of house rules.

Violation of this policy will result in a ** $300 ** fine and immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

• Exercise weights are for adult use only – please keep them out of reach of children.

• Our antiques are here to be admired, not played with – they’re fragile and full of history!

• The record player and guitar are for adults to enjoy – we hope you’ll love the music as much as we do.
