Note: There is a studio located in the basement of this property that is also available for booking. While it has its own private entrance and facilities, please be aware that it may be occupied by another set of guests during your stay. Guests of the main house will not have access to the basement studio or vice versa.

5. **Behavior and Etiquette**: Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Excessive barking, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result for extra charges.

6. **Supervision**: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate.

7. **Cleaning Up After Your Pet**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience.

8. **Damages**: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

9. **Notification**: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along so that we can make necessary arrangements and ensure the best possible experience for you and your furry companions.
