Biking distance to local parks and beaches on Perdido Key. A short 2 mile drive or bike ride to Pensacola Naval Air Station. Minutes from numerous state parks and gorgeous Gulf beaches (Big Lagoon State Park, Johnson Beach, and Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State Park) and Pensacola Naval Air Station Museum. You can see the Blue Angels Practice if they are in town!
Fenced back yard if you wish to bring your well-mannered pup, and a short drive to the beachfront dog parks so Pup can go for a run, play and swim. Beautifully furnished for relaxing getaway after your day at the local beaches and enjoy a quiet dinner in the spacious dining room or watch the sunset on the cozy back deck.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Use keypad entry only when leaving the house.
Trash day is Wednesday, but sit the bin out on Tuesday evening. (the trash collection happens very early Wed. mornings)
Check out time is 11am

Hi and welcome to our home. We loved staying in this area so much that we decided to buy so we could spend more time here. We know you will to, and we know how important it is for you to be able to bring your beloved dog with you, so you can enjoy your stay, knowing that your pet is safe and happy with you.

We aren't "on the beach" but everything is so close that it gives you the opportunity to keep it affordable, giving more space and a nice backyard. The neighborhood is the best! You'll make friends and feel like you belong as soon as you settle in.
