We came to the area to visit family and needed a quiet place to stay. The rental was extremely quiet and cozy. The renovations are very nice and the rooms were comfortable. We will be booking again the next time that we make the trip. The host was very sweet and helpful!

Very nice and relaxing getaway

Everything was easy, clean and very accommodating to the family and I. Close to everything in Fuquay-Varina. Brionna was an excellent host. Would certainly stay again when it's time to come see family again!

Home away from Home

We stayed for a month at the cozy quay. It was perfect for our family as we were displaced from our home from a house fire. It gave us the opportunity to be close to our home and to downtown.

This cozy cottage is a duplex. My side was beautifully decorated in mid century modern style. A very well outfitted rental. Plenty of parking. Full size fridge, stove, had a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes you need to make a full meal. The keurig coffee maker had coffee, cream and tea in the cabinet for my first morning (how thoughtful was that).The beds were more comfortable than my own mattresses (I'll be getting a new one now). There was plenty of linens and a quick guide how to run everything in the unit. There was water and treats on the desk where the guide was. It was very close to grocery store. There is a church across the street on one side and a school one house down the road. I liked that it was a smaller group of homes tucked back away in a smaller area away from the hustle of town.

Inspired by my own need for a peaceful retreat, I created Cozy Quay as a serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. As an introvert and a proud dog mom to three pups, comfort and personal space are incredibly important to me, which is why I designed this space to feel like a true home away from home.

I chose Fuquay Varina because it’s the perfect balance between a peaceful, small-town feel and proximity to Raleigh’s conveniences. It’s safe, welcoming, and offers a sense of community that you don’t always find in bigger cities. Plus, the neighborhood is just a mile from downtown Fuquay Varina, where you’ll find local shops and restaurants, but still far enough from the busy city to enjoy a quieter lifestyle. It’s truly the best of both worlds!
