About Panorama Villa Rental - Jan Sorensen
We are expats working and traveling the world. We like Cyprus a lot and after buying this unique property, we decided to share the experience of Cyprus with other families.
Panorama Villa Rental - Jan Sorensen purchased this Villa in 2008
Why Panorama Villa Rental - Jan Sorensen chose Olympos
We found the plot of land and fell in love with the views. We designed the house and the infinity pool with the architect and it is exactly like we want it. You feel away from it all and you still are close to Paphos and the beach and the world with high speed internet and Satellite TV
What makes this Villa unique
The views, the pool, the patio, the lounge area and sea view from 3 rooms...

A good villa but not a luxury villa
The villa was clean and comfortable but in need of better care. It is not a luxury villa - the dishwasher did not work, the toaster lever was broken. mop and bucket stored in a corner of the kitchen and outside furniture rather tatty and arms held on with black tape in several places. standard lamp and main ceiling light in lounge area did not work. The en suite bathroom had a shower over the bath but no curtain or screen so using the shower meant getting the floor soaked so after day 1 we all waited and used the other shower room. I don't think that 1 thin pillow for each person is adequate. The pool was clean and the garden area was well tended. We had a good holiday here but felt that a lot was needed to make it live totally up to our expectations of a luxury villa as described .
Thanks for your review and detailed feedback.
We are happy you had a great holiday and enjoyed both Cyprus and the villa, even if it did not entirely live up to your expectations. I think we could have done a number of things for you, if you had made contact during your stay, so we could have remedied these points.
I have visited the villa and I can see that many of the items you mentioned, here at the end of this years rental season do need to be replaced. We are this week in the process of replacing the following:
Replacing new sets of pillows and duvets
Glass wall for the master bedroom shower (to screen the water)
Replacing the Outside furniture
We want our villa to always represent luxury and high standard, which it has been for years, and we still have a large number of families and couples returning every year, because they love the place.
The villa was beautiful and the views stunning. The villa was as described. Plenty of room inside and out. The pool was fantastic and we spent every day outside and only leaving when we needed to go shopping. Will be booking again for next year.
We have stayed in many villas and this is in the top. The villa was as described. We enjoyed our time and spent hours just taking in the amazing views. Tsada is a nice walk away with everything you need. Communication was easy and we can recommend the villa.
Nice villa with stunning views
We enjoyed our stay at the Panorama Villa. We did not have a car and the walk to Tsada was easy and there are many restaurants and shops within 10 min walk. The owner said it just been refurbished and that was visible with newly painted walls and new furniture.
Thanks for a nice stay. We will return soon.
Great stay in an amazing villa
We had a really great time in Panorama Villa. The views are absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed every single day of our holiday there. We decided to not rent a car and it’s doable, but you have to take a taxi 2 times during the week to shop groceries and there are 3-4 restaurants around Tsada within walking distance.
It was easy to communicate with Jan. The villa was super clean and clearly just been renovated and freshly painted.
We are for sure coming back next year. Great value for money.
Thanks for everything, KJ
This south-west corner of Cyprus has an ambience all of its own: soft breezes, old stone, elusive enchantment and an air of antiquity. This is the kingdom of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and her presence seems to linger. Paphos itself is really two towns, each with its own character; Ktima on the cliff and Kato Paphos by the sea, two kilometres down the road. The one is unchanged over centuries and thoroughly Cypriot while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour into a bustling, busy, sprawling cosmopolitan resort which is still growing.
Roman Paphos was the island's capital. The atmosphere is fun loving and friendly, with plenty of bars, pubs, discos, a few nightclubs and innumerable eating places providing anything from choice Italian cuisine to sizzling souvlaki. Swimming in the bay's deep, clear waters is good. The beaches are the best in Cyprus and only 7 km away. The golf resort Tsada golf club is only 2 km away
Other Activities: Tsada Golf Resort is less than 2 km away
Golf: The villa is located less than 2 km away from the Tsada Golf Resort and Club, with everything you need for a golf holiday. Driving range and clubhouse and rental of all equipment if needed including buggies. Also there are 18 fantastic holes with beautiful views.
