Although it is within our home, and thus complying with the Local laws of New York City, you will be on a separate floor with complete privacy. You have a private entrance and your own private bathroom. The space features a murphy bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and essential amenities like WiFi, AC, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. This is NOT an apartment. It does not have a kitchen. Over the years grandparents, professionals and tourists have found this a relaxing retreat perfect for their city adventures.
