Amenities included with your rent are Cable, Fiber-Internet, Water, Electric, Tennis / Pickle ball Courts, 2 Community Pools (one is an adult only) Sauna, Fishing Pier, Lakefront Walking Trail, Clubhouse that hosts weekly activities and more! The condo is also a quick walk to the back entrance of Lakes Park, a short 7-mile drive to the beaches (Sanibel/Captiva & Fort Myers Beach), hospitals, Bell Tower shopping district, restaurants the MN Twins and Boston Red Sox's Spring training facilities and Southwest Florida International Airport.

Clean and Quiet condo

The property was clean, spacious and had all amenities we needed for a month long stay.Being able to walk to Lakes Park was terrific and the ability to bike to and on John Yarbrough Linear Park was excellent. All restaurants and beaches were a short drive away nothing walkable which was really the only negative on this property. Overall a wonderful stay.
