Enjoy your Lake Getaway in this 2BR/2BA Condominium overlooking the Pool and Sandy Beach playground and lake swimming area.

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is overseen from the condo along with the sandy Beach area! The additional pool is on the Point of the property with a fantastic view of the Lake's main channel - at perfect location to enjoy the sunset. The sandy beach playground and lake swimming is a part of the complex that the kids really enjoy!

In the Spacious, Open Main Living Area, you'll appreciate the comfortable, updated furnishings, the Large Flat Panel TV, and plenty of seating whether eating at the table or breakfast bar or lounging in front of the TV while overlooking the Lake. Bring along your laptop or tablet and log onto the Internet at High-Speed!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque!

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and a lake view.

The 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Double / Full-Sized Bed - so you can sleep up to 4 in this room!

For the Boaters, our 30-40' boat slips are available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

For the Ladies' Weekends, all the shopping at the Lake is close by!

For the Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Great location, nice clean complex and area

The condo was super clean, great location, close to a bunch of great boat rentals, bars, and downtown

Nice place

Nice place,nice decor, clean, enjoyed it! There were just a couple of things that need repairs A dining room chair and the full size bed rail need some attention. Otherwise it was a nice condo in a nice complex with 2 pools and beach area on lake.

Wonderful family friendly condo

We stayed here for a weekend and have no regrets! Everything was as advertised. Nice, clean and private. Right next to the pool and beach swimming area which we really enjoyed! Kitchen even had stuff we had forgot to bring/didn’t even think about, like seasonings and ziploc baggies. Definitely recommend this place and looking forward to coming back here again!

Good but not great

Overall, the basics were there but it was the minor things that did not make it great. Once we got there, the listing said Cable but no TVs had any channels. There was not a DVD player either so with rainy weather and two small kids, we had challenges. Also, we tried to grill and it was pretty dirty and no propane so we weren’t able to. The WiFi dropped a few times and it wasn’t very strong as I tried to handle a few work calls and lost connection multiple times. Luckily, the location is great and we were able to walk to the pool and beach with the kids. Most restaurants and stores were roughly a 10-15 drive away. Overall, we had a great time and the place sufficed for our needs.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
