About this property

Shell Cove Condominium 9, located at 2310 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach, is a two bedroom, one bath Gulf front unit that will sleep six. The beach stretches for miles in either direction!

This unit has an updated kitchen and flooring. It is an affordably priced and comfortably furnished, upper level condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a 40" flat screen television in the living room. as well as 31" flat screen televisions in both bedrooms.
Relax on the sugar sand beaches and cool off in the emerald green waters. This complex is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the sunsets over the beach from the open porch. This unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Shell Cove is a wonderful Bradenton Beach vacation rental and you'll love it!

Shell Cove 9 is a one week minimum rental. Shell Cove does not have a community EV charger.
The electrical usage of electrical vehicles is reserved only for maintenance personnel. There is currently a level 2 charging station at the Beach House. No extension cords permitted.
Parking is limited to one vehicle.

Great location

Excellent communication with manager. Easy check in and check out process. If you have low back issues, the beds are not comfortable and made for a week worth of poor sleep. We bought our own laundry detergent, and hand soap for the bathroom/kitchen as neither were provided. I’m hoping they’re kept in the rental for future guests to use. AMI is a perfect escape!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a Wonderful TIME. Location can’t be beat! Loved that they provided beach chairs for us. One of the chairs happen to be broken. So I called and they replaced it with in a few hours!

Condo was just what we expected and needed. Clear instructions for check-in and the property manager responded quickly to my question. Location is fantastic! Will definitely stay there again!
