Phoenix Gulf Towers 407 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, Gulf-front condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. It sleeps up to ten guests with a king in the master bedroom, two queens in the second bedroom, and two queen beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

The condo is beautifully decorated with leather recliners in the living room and flat-screen TVs throughout. The dining room table seats six, and there are four additional barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There's also a bar with a separate sink and ice maker.

The master bathroom includes double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The large balcony provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Beautiful condo perfectly furnished with cookware and very comfortable furniture. Super clean. Also has easy access to parking deck without having to use the elevator. We sure enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

With prices being on the higher side, it would be nice if parking and beach chairs were included with rental. AND I do not mean by raising the prices so that it covers it. Also, the beach chair rental people set up enough chairs and umbrellas as if everyone was going to rent them. The week we were there at least 30-40% of them were not used so all they did was clutter up the beach. Very annoying. Unit is beautiful and rental was very easy.
