Exclusive villa with it*s 2 floors above the ground floor is comprised of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet, outdoor shower,2 kitchens, 2 living rooms,garage and a recreation room, it has free wifi and outdoor 26m2 pool.
Ground floor has interesting designed recreation area with billiard , small bar to leave the beverages +bar chairs, separated spacious garage(50 m2).
First floor consists of 2 bedrooms(1st bedroom with matrimonial bed, 2nd bedroom with matrimonial bed and extra single sofa bed)bathroom, stylish and spacious living room with large sofa and balcony, kitchen equipped with all necessary +large table for dining.
Second floor interior is the same like the one on the first floor:2 bedrooms(1st bedroom with matrimonial bed, 2nd bedroom with matrimonial bed and extra single sofa bed) bathroom, living room with sofa and 2 single rolling beds beds,balcony, kitchen and dining area.
Exterior of the house boasts heated swimming pool(built in 2018.), sundeck area with the sun deck chairs, summer outdoor kitchen,outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue,big table with the chairs on covered veranda. House is also equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwashers, iron, microwave ovens and other..House can accommodate 12 people, pets are not allowed.

Villa MM is newly built(2016.) modern house in beautiful area of Podstrana , tourist gem just 8 km far from 1700 old town of Split, the main center of the middle Dalmatia. Swimming pool with the summer kitchen outdoor shower and sundeck area is built in 2018.
You will be situated in quite place, but near to all the main places of interest like beach(appx 450 m) , restaurant(200 m),food store(150 m),sports,night life pubs and luxury complex of Le Meridien Lav(450 m) . Don*t miss to try some of various activities in the surroundings like hiking, diving, golf or cycling.
Hosts will kindly provide You with all the informations and advises needed.
