Many Downtown residents get around by foot, bicycle, Metromover or by taxi. With parks around it is ideal for pets, surrounded by great restaurants, and right in front of the Bay, as well as the Miami heats arena Located across the FTX arena, and bay side. 15 minutes walk to brickell city center, 5 minutes drive to design district and Wynwood. 12 minutes drive to south beach and the airport.

Absolutely amazing stay in Miami! The location was perfect, super central and close to everything we needed. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we hoped for. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami! Highly recommend!
