It was a special place waking up to sunrises over diamond head to start your day. Going to the beach a few feet from your unit. I suggest everyone stay here, you won't be disappointed. Aloha

Steffany, I'm sorry that you did not have an overall great experience staying in our unit at the Colony Surf. If I remember correctly, you contacted me via text re the remotes for the fans, you didn't see them. I responded immediately. There was a stain on the sheets for the pull out bed and you said you refused to use them, although the cleaners had assured me they run them several times trying to remove the stains. I went and bought new sheets and delivered them to you asap. The unit was cleaned and wonderfully done, but I did not get a chance to look it over prior to your check in. My cleaners are near perfect :) so I usually am safe with that but I realize you didn't have extra toilet paper and that is not acceptable on our end. I had fresh flowers delivered to you for your inconvenience. Again, I apologize for the disorganized feeling of your stay. Unlike most units that are managed by a company, I do respond and have things fixed as soon as possible. The unit is not only decorated beautifully as you mentioned, but also extremely well equipped with everything you would need and more. Thank you for staying and good luck with your future rentals. This condo is an absolute gem!! Amazing location with views of the ocean as well as Diamond Head!! It’s just been updated. Everything is new and beautifully furnished with every detail thoughtfully supplied for guests. Our host was very helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. All in all, a perfect stay!! We will be back!!
