Great location! Beautiful, comfortable property & close to everything. We didn’t have a parking pass when we arrived but this was quickly rectified. Expensive but worth it for the location.

Very nice location - 5 minutes walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, Fortanac hotel and charming town. Apartment was super clean as well as beautifully decorated. Very easy check-in and out. Had a lovely experience.

Excellent Location. A few small issues as we stayed a full two weeks (it didn't seem like they were set up for longer stays). Host themselves were very responsive to our small needs (i.e. more TP needed). There is a Bot that answers questions immediately in the App, but not always accurately. The actual host responded shortly afterwards and looked after things.

Great location for Carnaval! On the outer edge of historic Vieux Quebec, right next to the rampart walls - one block to the Ice Palace and many restaurants within a few blocks too. Easy communication via text in the app. Apartment is in great shape - all appliances work well, beds are good, bathrooms very spacious with great showers.

My family and I had a wonderful visit to Quebec City and a fantastic experience in the apartment. Communication pre-arrival was fantastic and the home was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Chateau Frontenac, and the waterfront. Parking for one car is included in a nearby covered garage (a little tough to navigate, but close and easy access for car.) We will definitely stay again!

We planned a girls trip to Quebec City and found this gem!! A little trouble with code access when we got there, however it was resolved quickly and the apartment was beautiful! It was spotless and comfortable! The location was walking distance to all the sites in old Quebec!

This was a cute unit with ample space for our family of 4 but some key, but simple things could have made it better1) there was absolutely nowhere to hang clothes in any of the 3 rooms. Get some plastic door hangers at least! We had to hang hangers from the stairs. No closets in any rooms. No luggage racks so we had to put our luggage on the extra bed. 2) listing says it has air conditioning. It has 1 upstairs wall unit and 1 basement wall unit. To get air flow, you need to keep bedroom doors open. It was hot upon arrival in the unit. When the doors are open at night, street lights shine brightly into your rooms like full moon. The wall unit has bright LeD lights that also limit darkness. I always travel with black trash bags and electrical tape for this reason. Portable fans would help air flow a lot. 3) the parking situation was NOT described and we were left to navigate where to park upon arrival, get 5 luggage bags to the room, road construction of surrounding streets. People should note that the parking garage is a walk away from the unit. Up hills, around walls. It’s difficult to figure out which door to come out of the garage. This process should be explained better upon check-in. You need to enter the room to get a parking pass out of the room. Yet, we couldn’t find a street parking place to unload bags to go in quick. There was an alley with parking directly behind. It would have been helpful to allow 30 min to unload and get the card!

This property is located in a great area. We walked to some great resturant, drink at the beautiful Cheateau Frantenac and strolling the streets to tar in this magical city. The apartment was nicely appointed. Our host was very responsive and had very clear check-in instructions. The car park was a few blocks away so be prepared for a little hike but so appreciate having free parking. I hope I can return soon and would stay here again!
