Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the house keys and the back gate remote in the dish next to the pelican statue near the front door. We will need you to unplug any appliances used in the kitchen.
Turn off all lights, fans, and AC system.
You will use the Yale lock system to lock the door when leaving the townhouse. Close door, press the Yale logo, and the door will lock.
Please take pictures of the property for your records. The property manager will then come and evaluate the property. We will contact you if there are any damages within 24 hours.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
