Stunning newer home overlooking Lemon Bay just a short walk over the bridge to Manasota Beach. Enjoy the wide intracoastal views, natural wildlife and glorious sunsets from the spacious lanai. Use the new gas grill and dine outdoors at the large wrought iron table with 8 cushioned chairs. This west facing deck is designed with relaxation in mind, large salt water pool, relaxing spa, lounge chair area, and high top bistro sitting area await you! Pool, spa can be electrically heated for additional charge.
On entry, you will step into a spacious great room with open plan living, 12 foot ceilings and huge glass sliders overlooking the water. No expense has been spared in the design and elegant decor of this spectacular home. Enjoy leather reclining sofas, comfortable chairs, entertainment area with flat screen TV and Netflix service. The den, at the front of the home. provides additional living space with a comfortable couch, wide desk workspace and flat screen TV.
The kitchen is gorgeous with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and oversized island with bar stools for casual dining. The additional dining area with seating for 8 has picture windows overlooking the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with a variety of serving/cooking utensils, and staple items. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with washer/dryer and side entry garage to double car garage.
The master bedroom suite is a luxurious space with king size bed, Bahamian style furniture and private sitting area with loveseat and flat screen tv. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with garden tub, and large walk in shower. There are his and hers sinks, 2 vanities, and separate toilet room.
The 2nd master is beautifully furnished with king size bed, flat screen tv and large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. It is a private space with water views and its own door to the lanai. In a separate part of the home thare are 2 more bedrooms (1 queen, 2 double beds) which share a 5 pc bathroom (double sinks)
Much thought and care have gone into providing guests from afar with every possible convenience. A collection of books, pamphlets, maps and local places of interest are provided for your reference. There are a variety of bikes for adults and children, beach chairs, fishing equipment, sand toys, floats, life jackets, drinks cooler, pool safety fence and much more. Great house for families

Nice, clean, well-stocked house. Fun to watch the boats go under the drawbridge from the pool and patio. Short walk across the bridge to Manasota Beach. Short drive to Blind Pass Beach and park.

Great House and Location and Baby Friendly

We loved this house and it's location. It's got a great view of the inland waterway and drawbridge (and occasional dolphin), it's a 10-minute walk to the ocean beach, and it has a pool and hot tub that were warm enough to enjoy on cooler days. The beach offers free/free-choice ($3-$5 donation) yoga Mon-Fri at 8:30 a.m. (Lou and Katja are great for beginners or more advanced.) We cooked most every night in the full kitchen and we filled the refrigerator from Detwiler's Indoor Farm Market and the Englewood Farmer's Market. This Thursday-only market is the best we've ever visited anywhere. What put this over the top for us this year was that this house has a nice crib and baby supplies. We brought our 10-month old grandson and the house had everything he needed. There is a lot of live music at the many great places to eat outdoors in Englewood. We enjoyed the food and music at the Sand Bar Tiki and Grill just a 12 minutes drive on the Key. We usually rent a new place every time we visit to see new things. This is the rare place we liked so much we might choose it again to see the same things...and discover some new things we couldn't do in just 9 days.

Amazing….. once again!!

6 Crazy Canucks enjoyed this property for a week and our time there was amazing! For my husband and me, this was our 2nd time enjoying this wonderful spot! It was perfect for our family of 10 the last time and it was just as perfect for our group of 6 this time around. There wasn’t one thing we wished to have during our stay and Leslie was very prompt at answering any questions. (She was the last time we stayed here as well!) thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful spot! We are already looking at the calendar to book it again!!

Perfect! Everything you need is included, bikes, beach chairs, coolers as well as the kitchen had everything needed to cook and bake. We would definitely book again.

Amazing Property

We had an amazing time here! The house was bigger, better, and more grand than the listing pics showed. The house was beautiful, the pool was great with a great view, and it was really nice to be able to kayak in the bay right from the back of the house. Most certainly recommend this one!
