Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $75.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

This condo is in an excellent location - close to attractions, dining & shopping. Great central location. Well furnished & appointed kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds. WiFi leaves something to be desired is the only negative. Otherwise - GREAT. We will stay here again & recommend to all our friends.

Really nice

In the words of my 7 year old " this is cool mama, thanks for choosing this place" Every thing was nice. Very clean and was everything that I expected. Looks exactly like the pictures. Great stay in Atlanta

This was exactly as advertised. Totally updated unit in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Kit hen was well equipped. There were extra touches, such as spa level soap and shampoo, that we've never experienced at any other rental. Team BCA Response: Thank you for the awesome review! New Perspective Foundation

For the price, these apartments were very nice. I expected the price to be closer to $200 a night. But being in this apartment allowed my in laws and myself a place to stay so we could visit my husband in the hospital - Shepard Center. Accommodations were great and staff was very helpful when needed! TeamBCA Response: We are glad that we could have you and the in-laws stay with us. Being able to stay close to Shepherd Center makes visiting a loved one in the hospital much simpler. We hope your husband's time in the hospital went well and that he has a speedy recovery.

Nice place

It is a really nice place. The furniture was fairly comfortable and well spaced and placed. This place is close to most of the sites you would like to see in Atlanta. Once we found it we unpacked and began exploring the city. The kitchen was nicely put together. The towels were great. We utilized the washer and dryer. The individuals above our condo were a bit loud. Foot steps mostly. I distinctly remember being awakened by 3 or 4 very hard footsteps three days into our stay at about 2 in the am. We did not complain to management. The WIFI does leave wondering and wanting more. We would stay again.

Thank you for generously offering to deliver luggage when the airport dropped things off. The property is well equipped and everything was great. Check in was very easy and when our door code didn't work we were offered a key immediately. Nice place

This condo is in the heart of Atlanta. Once you figure out where it is exactly and how to get to the stairs, then it is a breeze to come and go with your own parking space.The walls are a little thin so you hear the apartment next door. Everything else is positive, from the kitchen appliance and utensils, to the bathroom and the towels, and the beds, pillows and cushions. We will stay here again.
