Welcome Midtown Convenience

One-level 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms was recently remodeled. Plenty of off-street parking. Close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. Family-friendly with a large entry room to drop your gear, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a large-capacity laundry room for longer stays. Everyone can spread out in the family/TV room, or outside together with Wi-fi and a blu-tooth/DVD player and movies and toys on the shelf. RV parking available. Host is prompt for any needs. Rules posted in Spanish.

The laundry room is a huge plus. The kitchen has nearly everything you would need or want. Happy that it is close to the college.

The outside of the property is dated but the inside is well done, Kitchen, plumbing and laundry facilities work great. There's toys and activities for younger kids.

A great place for a quick stay

If you need a place for an ISU event, this is a great place. It is clean, roomy, and has all you need. It is a bit challenging to get in and out of the driveway, but we had large vehicles. Overall, it is worth staying here and we may do so in the future as well. Go Bengals!

Cozy and Convenient

This cute little house was close to everything. Don’t have to go far for any conveniences. This cute little house had lots of little extra amenities which we really appreciated. Nail clippers Emery boards, an extra toothbrush if you forgot, one dental floss, little treats on the counter, etc.. My mother was unable to attend. and we was able to bring my young granddaughter. They had the cutest little kitchen with dishes and extra toys, and books, which made her stay wonderful. She did not want to leave. Beds were comfortable. 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 twin bed. The couch was a pull out. Although we did not pull it out and choose to sleep on it. Could have used a few extra chairs in the dining area. There was extra seating at the island in the kitchen. Was unable to connect to the WiFi. Not that we needed it. Ended up just watching a movie. Some good choices as well. Host was great to reply to messages sent. Did not go outside due to the very cold weather. Heater kept the house very warm. Did use the washer and dryer. Grateful for that amenity. I would stay there again. Thank you.

I really like the open layout where everyone can sit in the family room and stretch out together in front of the TV. Three private bedrooms each with extra bedding & box fan. 2 bathrooms is handy --no waiting. Main bathroom has it's own heater with thermostat control. Single level home w/ extra parking. Back yard is fenced with table & chairs under canopy. New kitchen has all the amenities. Huge laundry room w/ large capacity appliances + table & iron.
