Enjoy our serene retreat in Perdido Key, perfectly nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Just minutes away from stunning beaches, great restaurants, and local shopping, this house offers the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure.

The Space -- 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You’ll love the inviting living room and den, perfect for gathering with family or friends. The spacious backyard has the highly sought after swim spa that can be used for swimming or as a hot tub as well as a nicely shaded seating area—an excellent spot to unwind after a day of sun and sand.

The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds and a third with a twin/twin trundle, which can convert into a queen. Each bedroom, along with the living room and den, features a TV with Roku for your entertainment.

Other Things to Note: Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby boat ramps at Big Lagoon State Park, and the property’s large driveway and backyard offer plenty of room for parking a truck with a boat or even an RV.

If you're lucky enough to stay during a Blue Angels practice, enjoy the thrill of watching the show from the private HOA beach!

Great Location. conveniently located to Big Lagoon State Park, Johnson Beach, restaurants on Innerarity Point, Flora Bama a short drive. Two large living room areas with large comfortable sectional sofas. LARGE hot tub. Located in a great neighborhood. Walmart and dollar general close by for shopping. If you're lucky you will see the Blue Angles flying over.

The perfect location

This property was perfect! It has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 living room areas for plenty of space. There’s also a large fenced in backyard for the kids to play and a screened in front porch. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. This property also has a private beach area that’s about a block away for anyone that wants to lay out without having to deal with crowdedness of the public beach access. The host was absolutely amazing and answered any questions we had promptly. We will definitely stay here again!
