Montauk A Frame beach home 3 blocks to the #1 Hamptons beach and surfing at Ditch Plains. Quiet private home on dead end street. Open floor plan with 1 and a half bath plus enclosed outdoor shower. 2 bedrooms for sleeping up to 6 adults plus bunk beds for children. Outside deck with BBQ, fenced in yard, and washer and dryer. Inside is air conditioned with ceiling fans and multiple skylights to bring in cool ocean breezes. Microwave, dishwasher, internet and cable on 3 TV's. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards provided. Pets welcome.

Loved every second of out time in Ditch Plains

The best beach community on the East Coast. The house was perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was super responsive with questions. Great vacation.

Charming a-frame walk to the beach

My family really enjoyed our visit at this property. The inside was big enough for us our dogs and young son. The backyard was fenced in. The owners were accommodating when we had an issue with the shower not working, luckily there was a shower outside for us to use! The rental had everything we needed to feel like we were at home but also on vacation. I would recommend this property

Awesome surf trip

Wonderful place for our annual family surf trip. House was perfect for our family. Peaceful backyard deck and garden was a great spot for coffee, dinner and stargazing while listening to the ocean waves crashing in the distance!

Ditch Plains Dandy

This house was perfect for our family (including our dog)- very comfortable and great location. The fenced-in yard and washer/dryer were very helpful. The outdoor shower was great! John was very easy to get in touch with and to work with.

Perfect quiet location steps from the beach

Well taken care of, modern, owners very responsive and accommodating. Standards stocked : toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, salt, pepper. Fenced in backyard for pups - best part of the house is the outdoor shower. Don't even try showering inside when you have that luxury! Everything is clean, great cross breezes, but AC units if needed. Super tall people may bump their heads on the top bunk. If you like lots of pillows to sleep you may want to bring extras. Would definitely come back here!

Short walk to Ditch Plains beach

Nice beach house with a 10 min walk to Ditch Plains beach. Short drive (less than 2 miles) to the town of Montauk. Wonderful area; great shopping and restaurants. Plumbing is a little hokey; it appears as though the upstairs toilet connects to the downstairs toilet (when flushed)...not a big deal. The outdoor shower is awesome...we took all of our showers outside.

Worth every penny!

This house is perfect for an extended weekend getaway. It has a great location, amazing neighborhood and fantastic accommodations. John was very easy to work with, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!

Perfect Ditch Plains home!

Absolutely perfect. Nice and close to the beach, and felt like a home away from home. The back porch and grill was awesome. Very spacious. Can't wait to come back. John was also amazing and very accommodating.
