About the host

I’m originally from New England and grew up in a home built in the 1740s. I have a passion for historic preservation, architecture and design, and urban planning. In my free time I enjoy traveling and living an active life - biking, hiking, skiing snowboarding and climbing.
Why they chose this property
There is not only a small business enclave 2 blocks away but a larger business district (Tennyson st) 6 blocks away. The neighborhood is very walkable and less than a block from a park yet an easy drive to the mountains and other attractions Denver has to offer.
What makes this property unique
As a landscape architect and designer I take pride in both the inside and outside of my property. The indoor space is full of plants and artwork, and the outdoor space consists of low water use native plants and a cozy fire pit and grill area.
