New Gondola across street from free ski valet (see picture)! This Ski In/Out 3 bedrooms 4 full bathrooms 2-story condo in Park City Canyons is perfect for your escape. This premier suite is located on the upper floors of the resort and features vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom is on the main floor furnished with a king-size bed, accompanied by a primary bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The two other bedrooms are in the loft furnished with either a king- or two queen-size beds, and the other bathrooms offer a standard tub and shower combination. This suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, TV, and open balcony, as well as a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Enjoy the lovely living room with a cozy fireplace, sofa bed and loft for extra space. This unit has a stacked washer and dryer and free WiFi. We are passionate skiers and have owned at this property for over a decade. We enjoy sharing our love for skiing and this unique location with others.
Why they chose this property
The location is ideal - next to shops, restaurants, convenience store and the new Sunrise Gondola just steps away from the free ski valet. The gondola services the surrounding properties so it isn't crowded and convenient for starting and ending the day - especially with children.
