We were in town visiting family, who live in the area. The location was perfect.Beds were comfy and we had everything that we needed.

There were no shops nearby. We had to drive everywhere. The place was pet friendly. The bigger shower had issues with regulating the hot/cold water. The pool, which was included in the rental agreement did not work, so I paid for something I did not receive. The dryer was not functional but the property manager took care of that with a new dryer. There were some things like having more kitchen and bath towels would have been nicer.

We went above and beyond to accommodate you! even adjusting your reservation last minute, the property is literally 8 minutes from downtown St. Pete, your claim about no shops around is absolutely false.

In town for boat show and it worked great for our group

House was in a good neighborhood that we felt comfortable walking around. Owner responded when we had issues with the thermostat and helped us get it resolved quickly. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have a sponge for the cleaning the dishes.
