At first when you come in everything looks fantastic until you see everything in great detail that it’s not! The towels smell bad and noticed someone else hair on them! The shower need a good scrubbing, you can feel the tile of the shower sticky and mold buildup. The shower mats smell like sticky feet! Master bedroom sheets smell like urine. Once I pull them off to see they smell I noticed what look and smell like urine on the mattress! I attempt to contact the host her directly number is on some business cards she did not answer left her a voicemail with my direct contact number she did not contact me. I informed the security guard then he made a call and he was told to switch the mattress for us from next door. My teenager help the man to switch them at the end the new mattress was smaller did not fit the bed but that was the only choice I had! My daughter and I didn’t sleep well we thought we were going to fall of the bed. The next morning I send the host a message via VRBO appt of what had happened the night before to see if she would reply preferably through the app. And she stated she was sorry and that the team did what they thought it would best at the moment! She blame The app VRBO for not sending the message on a timely manner, however I did mention to her over and over that I also attempted to contact her at the number that was on the business cards and yet to reply right after By then I was only going to enjoy the city for 1 day the next day I was checking out
