Welcome to our, spacious 2300 Sqft 3 bed (2 kings & 1 queen) 2.5 bath, home on canal w/ plenty of docking for boats. We have direct water access and are located minutes to Smokehouse & Collier Bay. Boater’s dream location w/quick access to open water. Take inner coastal to Keewaydin & Naples or boat over for dinner to Snook or Island Gypsy!
Our place is fully stocked with all the comforts of home including high end towels & linens. Enjoy use of bikes, beach gear, kayaks, toys, games & more. Easy 15 minute stroll or 2 minute drive to Tiger Tail Beach Park (exactly 1 mile). Only a mile from the Esplanade, shopping & the farmers market at Veterans Park. Home features beautiful heated, travertine, screened in pool area w/grill and plenty of outdoor seating for entertaining. Our pool faces the much coveted westerly direction. Enjoy afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets from the lanai.
All bedrooms are equipped w/smart TVs as well as a large screen, smart TV in living area. Home features high speed internet for ease of working from home (small desk/office area in primary. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Large family room and separate living room provides plenty of space for families to spread out. Relax at the end of the day in a soaker tub in the newly remodeled, designer primary bathroom.
Because we know the importance of traveling with your furry loved ones, 1-2 small-medium dog(s) will be considered for an additional, non refundable fee of $150. Pets must be pre-approved before adding to your reservation (size & breed restrictions apply). Security deposit may be increased.
January, February & March are rented by the full month only beginning on the 1st and ending on the last day of that month. We do not break up these months. DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOK FOR ANY PORTION OF JANUARY-MARCH OR YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. January thru March require a minimum of the full month and preference will be given for a 3 month seasonal tenant. We do not rent the month of February on its own. All inquires must be submitted for approval for all winter (January-March) bookings. Once again, DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING for this time period only
If you are bringing a boat, please be aware of the strict Marco Island ordinance that does not allow for trailers (or motor homes of any size) to be parked in the driveway or anywhere on the street or yard. Be sure to make storage arrangments well in advance for your rv's or trailers.

We really enjoyed this home. It was quite clean; my wife thought it was the cleanest rental we've ever had. The canal location is great as well. The place was very well equipped. We used the bikes, and found the kitchen to be exceptionally well stocked. The owners helped us find some great restaurants on the island too. It was a great stay in every way.

Home away from home

This was our first time on Marco Island and we couldn’t have better experience. Kelly’s property is beautiful, and it is in gorgeous neighborhood with great proximity to everything. It very quiet neighborhood, perfect for vacation. The house is well stocked with necessities. Beds and pillows were so comfortable that I truly felt home away from home. Thank you Kelly again for this opportunity to enjoy your home . We will be back.

Wonderful Visit to Marco Island

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on Marco Island. The house was wonderfully appointed, comfortable and the location was perfect! We especially enjoyed use of the bicycles and short ride to Tigertail Beach area. It was also a plus to be able to include a furry family member. Kelly and Walter were very helpful and responsive.

Lovely home in great location

We had two families and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool with sunset view. Very close to beach access (prepare to walk to actual beachfront however) and old Marco. Breakfast at Doreen’s is a must but the kitchen has everything you need as well. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Two kings are great when you have two families. There are a lot of rules but nothing unreasonable. Nice relaxing stay.

Great family home

Highly recommend this house. Spacious, clean, comfortable and everything you need in a kitchen is there for you. Hosts are very nice and respond quickly. We stayed in a lot. I’ve had two knee replacements in the past six months and my daughter is 34 wks pregnant. We enjoyed the pool with our three year old granddaughter. Would definitely stay in this home again. Amazing house, amazing location!

This house is amazing! It is exactly as pictured, clean, beautifully decorated, well-appointed and stocked with everything you need for your vacation. The location is perfect for boating - just a short 10 minute "no-wake" ride to the Gulf and a 5 minute bike ride to Tigertail Beach - bikes are included with the house. Our hosts were very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. We had one question the day we checked in. Kelly and Walter were available to answer our question and had great suggestions for dinner. In the summer, the neighborhood (and all of Marco Island) is very quiet. We found this extremely relaxing and exactly what we wanted for this vacation. Lovely home and hosts. We will definitely rent this property again.

Family friendly Marco Island Waterfront nice neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay in Marco Island at Kelly and Walter's waterfront home. They have a wonderful home (great pictures posted but it truly was even better in person!), as a family of 6 and small dog we had plenty of room for everyone. The entire property is very clean, plenty of linens, all the beach and pool toys you could want, lots of fun card games to play. The kitchen had all the basics you could want for cooking - cooking utensils, spices, etc. - no need to bring anything but groceries. The house is great with lots of space for everyone to gather together but also 3 separate bed and bathrooms. We rented a boat from nearby marina and really enjoyed being able to dock it at the house and enjoy easy ride out to the surrounding beaches and shell islands for the day. Highly recommend this VRBO home and we are already looking at when we can plan our next stay at Kelly & Walter's!

Fantastic Get Away

My husband and I took our family on a quick get away over the New Year's weekend. We were surprised and delighted when we arrived and the house was the perfect size for the seven of us. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was warm. When we reached out to the property owners before our stay, they were quick to respond, offered suggestions and so easy to communicate with. We appreciated the food suggestions as we had not yet visited Marco Island. Excellent recommendations to local fare! There was not a time during our stay that we needed to reach out for repairs or needs above and beyond what was provided. There was a binder that gave us all the information we needed in regards to the house, wifi and any controls necessary for our comfort. Also a handy map! Magical Getaway

This waterfront VRBO made our family's first trip to Marco Island just lovely (me, husband and 2 kids ages 13 and 11) Our trip was scheduled for 1 week after hurricane Milton hit FL and we considered cancelling. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to my many emails as the hurricane moved through. I'm so glad we didn't cancel! The house had everything we needed and more and is so well maintained. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and lanai were absolutely perfect for relaxing afternoons after island exploring. Tigertail beach provided excellent birdwatching and shelling and leisurely beach strolls. The bikes were great for the quick ride to the beach and exploring the beautiful neighborhood. While beach swimming wasn't an option, the pool cooled us off just fine. The Esplanade shops and restaurants were easily accessible by foot. We were treated to gorgeous sunsets and views of burrowing owls, egrets and osprey all within the neighborhood. We used the beach chairs to head to Marco island beach and saw dolphins and and it was an easy day trip to view many alligators in the Cypress National Preserve. Wonderful vacation home! We highly recommend it and are so thankful we got to experience a magical week.

Great vacation house and pool!

House was just as beautiful as the pictures! Hosts were very quick to communicate (and provide advice about Marco island), and the check-in process was simple. House was clean and had lots of amenities. Included plenty of kitchenware and different types of glasses, some beach gear (but not beach towels), kayaks (hosts kindly ask for adult use only), and even fishing poles and a few family games. The bikes looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to ride them (I believe that they were all adult bikes). Very quiet neighborhood, and never saw any boats on our portion of the canal. We spent a lot of time in the pool, and ate most of our meals on the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. I loved having the pass-through window from the kitchen to the terrace - I easily could set drinks or snacks out on the outer counter for the family to grab while enjoying the outdoors. Pool and deck lights added to the ambiance at night time. An easy 10min drive to South Beach, and just a few minutes to TigerTail; grocery store and other shops were 3 minutes away. Overall, it was a very relaxing part of our vacation in a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home on a beautiful island.

The location of Plantation Court is perfect for all our needs. We are an active family that enjoys boating, kayaking & fishing as much as we enjoy time at the beach. From our home you can pop into any water craft and set out to explore, take an easy 1mi stroll to the beach, or hop on a bike and explore the island. It is an easy 15-20 minute stroll to the Esplanade which offers a wide variety of shopping, restaurants & bars. The Tigertail area offers quick access off Marco for exploring more areas like Naples as well as offering much more selection of shopping & restaurants & entertainment.

What makes this property unique

We love our furry babies! Pets are an important part of our family and we extend that to our guests. 1-2 well behaved small-medium dog(s) will be considered. Dog size, age & breed must be pre approved. Additional security deposit may be required as well as a $150 non refundable additional cleaning fee. Please reach out to approve your pet prior to booking. Unauthorized pets will result in $250 fine and/or immediate termination of stay without refund.
Our home is approx 500sqft larger than the typical 3/2 home on Marco. With over 2300sqft living space, an extra family room area & additional 1/2 bath it offers plenty of space for visitors and family to spread out.
Obviously, being on a canal with water views is an enjoyable experience for all, even non boaters will appreciate sitting on the dock and watching the sunsets.
