About Ann Baldyga
My family has been vacationing in Ocean City since the 1940's. We have always stayed at the North end of the island, and first owned property in Ocean City in 1966. My siblings and I spent our high school and college summers working at various businesses on the Boardwalk, and saving hard earned money for college expenses. My husband, sons, siblings and extended family love to gather at this original Ocean City house to enjoy the sun, sand, surf and memories of summers gone by.
Ann Baldyga purchased this house in 1986
Why Ann Baldyga chose Ocean City
My siblings and I grew up in a summer home on Plymouth Place, in the north end of Ocean City. My current home on Delancey Place is reminiscent of those early Ocean City years, and a slower, more casual pace. By 2013, it was evident that this wonderful old seashore cottage was badly in need of a complete renovation. With no damage from Superstorm Sandy (thankfully!), we embarked on that adventure in December, 2012. Our newly renovated seashore cottage was completed in early July, 2013. We are looking forward to spending many family vacations and celebrations at our seashore cottage.
What makes this house unique
Coming to Ocean City takes you back to a charming era when life was slower, quieter, and a bit more relaxing. Spend a week on the front porch of this original Ocean City home, and you will experience old Ocean City with modern conveniences of central air conditioning, cable flat screen TV, and computer access.
