Aloha! Boutique, six-unit complex in quiet cul-de-sac less than 300 ft (100 yards) from the ocean! Three very comfortable real beds: king & two queens. Large, private patio/lanai/garden area & BBQ. Shared saltwater pool (often empty). Newer AC, ceiling fans and box fans in every room. Only 15 min from airport! The space
MAIN BEDROOM
California king bed, desk, chairs, TV, and an en-suite bathroom (vacuum, iron/ironing board in closet)

SECOND BEDROOM
Queen bed, bench, TV, (pack n play, high chair in closet)

Both are equipped with room darkening curtains, AC units, ceiling fans, and extra blankets and pillows.

BATHROOMS
The en-suite master bath offers a bathtub/shower combo, while the main bathroom offers a stand alone shower. Both are fully stocked with Suave shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hairdryers, towels and have great water pressure. Please use the dark washcloths to remove makeup.

LIVING AREA
A very comfortable queen Murphy bed (real queen mattress) allows sleeping arrangements for up to six adults. It faces the large TV in the living room so may also be used for extra seating. Two accent chairs, and an ottoman provide seating. The dining chairs, two stools, and entry bench may also be used as living room seating. A small desk in the corner provides another workspace (use a dining chair for seating).

FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
A stroller, beach wagon, pack n play, portable high chair, sand toys, bed rail, and misc. toys are available for your use.

FREE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE
One assigned parking space (space 2A) on the right side of the lot is easily accessible as you enter the complex driveway.

The property manager is available for emergencies only at the discretion of the host. For any questions or concerns, please call/text our cells or message us within the message portal.

AC units in each room keep the space feeling cool. Please keep at 70 degrees or above if possible. Alternatively, put the box fans in each window sill and open the windows to take advantage of cooling trade winds. We recommend ceiling fans be running while you are inside. Please turn off lights, fans and AC units when leaving for an extended period and upon check-out.

LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer in unit. Basic detergent and dryer sheets provided. A drying rack is located in the lanai storage closet.

KITCHEN/DINING
Full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range/oven, and microwave available. Coffee station, rice cooker, small crock pot, blender, pots and pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, table setting, cutlery, and cooking utensils are also available. Two bar stools and table provide indoor seating for six (drop leaf table may be pulled away from the wall when seating for four). One dining chair is in the master for use as desk chair.

There is outdoor table seating for five on lanai plus two lounge chairs. An electric BBQ and utensils are available on the lanai. (Jut turn on light switch by sliding doors and turn on exterior power surge)

TV & INTERNET
Three Roku TVs allow you to sign into your favorite streaming sources and access all your saved content. Free channels and movies are also available. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

BEACH ACCESSORIES
Towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, floaties, sand toys, a cooler on wheels and a hand-held cooler are provided (lanai storage closet).

NEARBY BEACHES
Kalepolepo Beach (protected-great swimming for children) is to the South and Maipoina Oe Iau Beach Park is to the North. You can access the beach right across the street (pictured), but we recommend walking a minute or two North for a better spot. Kamaole I, II, and III in S. Kihei are some other great beaches.

CHECK IN
Electronic keypad lock on door. Guests will be provided with a code within 24 hrs of check-in and may access the unit any time after 4pm.
