Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. Our property is your home away from home. Ideal for a family visiting or a professional in town for business complete with all amenities you may need.
This bright modern home feels like a cottage in the city. You will have a private back yard with a BBQ, chairs, table and umbrella and be only minutes walking if you wish to groceries & restaurants!

The Space:
We offer 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two with double beds. The couch is able to be slept on as well and if you have a larger group we can accommodate air mattresses inside and camping outside! Just ask.
We are always striving to make the space as much of a home as it can be so if you have suggestions while staying - or questions about something prior - please don't hesitate to share!
Guest Access:
Upon your arrival you can park in the driveway along side the right of the house. Please only use the side door, by the back right side of the home, to enter as it will be the only one with your keypad access code you'll be provided before check-in!
The Neighborhood:
Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to groceries & restaurants.
Getting Around:
Park up to 3 vehicles in driveway. Lots of street parking as well. Walking distance to groceries & restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. We finish every cleaning by sanitizing all surfaces as we exit the space.
If you are only booking for 2 people and don't specify you will need a 2nd bedroom we will have the 2 additional bedrooms, located upstairs, locked.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available through the app, or text, upon check in. We operate a business nearby so are close at hand if you need anything.
We strive to give you the privacy you desire but if you need anything we will come on site during your stay to help!
