The Space
The Sunroom: Bask in natural light in the peaceful sunroom brimming with plants, a perfect retreat for reading, writing, or enjoying your morning tea or coffee.
Living Room: Enjoy a seamless blend of old and new with a Frame, TV for your favorite shows and a vintage tube radio with a Bluetooth adapter for a whimsical listening experience. The newly reupholstered, era-appropriate furniture includes charming manual recliners.
Formal Dining Room: Wrapped in windows and framed by original built-ins, the formal dining room features a table that seats six, perfect for intimate dinners. We provide both formal and everyday dish sets. The built-in cabinet is thoughtfully stocked with linen napkins, silverware, cocktail supplies, and small-batch syrups.
Kitchen: The restored 1930s Art Deco kitchen combines charm, character, and modern convenience. Cook on a gleaming 1935 Magic Chef gas stovetop, chill your ingredients in a restored 1931 Monitor Top fridge, and clean up with ease thanks to a modern drawer dishwasher hidden behind a wood-paneled cabinet front. Enjoy original cabinetry, salvaged 1920s tile, and handcrafted maple countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cookware, crockery, and dishware. A stovetop kettle, Keurig with refillable pods, and French press are available, along with a selection of our favorite syrups, caffeinated and decaf teas and coffees.. For special occasions, there’s a vintage crystal champagne bucket. A second modern refrigerator is located in the main floor bedroom closet for additional storage. (Oven not currently in service)
Breakfast Nook: Right off the kitchen is a cozy two-person breakfast nook.
Main Floor Bedroom: Relax in the spacious main floor bedroom featuring a full bed with Egyptian cotton, sheets and a luxurious linen comforter. Enjoy a dedicated workstation and a walk-in closet with ample storage, including a restored vintage luggage rack for added charm and convenience and a modern refrigerator for extra storage.
Bathroom: A well-appointed bathroom with a stand-alone tub and shower is conveniently located just off the kitchen and main floor bedroom. Featuring custom bath amenities suitable for all hair and skin types and a built in cabinet stocked with towels.
Upstairs Bedrooms: Discover two large bedrooms with cozy seating areas and beautiful details. All beds are dressed in crisp Egyptian cotton sheets. The queen bedroom boasts a historic brass bedframe from a famous Sheridan establishment, a luxurious linen comforter, a stained-glass window, a window seat, a dedicated workstation, and an expansive layout. Built-in shelves hold antique books and curiosities, while a phone-compatible vintage radio plays your favorite playlist. A large walk-in closet provides ample storage. The king bedroom features a hand-painted heirloom bed set with plush velvet bedding for a truly lavish experience, along with a large armoire with ample storage and a reading nook.
Additional Bathroom: The second bathroom includes a charming clawfoot bathtub for a relaxing soak. A vintage wall mounted medicine cabinet houses more custom bath amenities.
Backyard: The spacious backyard features a stone patio, picnic table, and propane tabletop fire pit.
Parking: The front driveway accommodates three vehicles, with additional space for three more in the backyard driveway.
