Great location

The house was in a great location for us. The beds were very comfortable.. there was however a very strong odor. It unfortunately smelled like mold. Check in and was went extremely smooth.

Me and my family stayed for just one night on our way to Tennessee. Overall clean and large king beds were nice. Plenty of towels and things like that. Living room is good size to hangout and watch TV. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to.

Nice, very clean, very reasonable

Enjoyed our stay! Two suggestions: 1) Change listing to reflect true number of sleeping accommodations to 6... we had 12 in our party, so we booked this property because the listing said it sleeps 16... we had to bring blow-up mattresses for the kids to sleep on. 2) Add an inexpensive toaster to the kitchen... we had several who wanted toast in the morning, we had to use the oven.

Grateful for the home, but it was a bit smaller than listed. It had "sleeps 16" in the listing, and our family or 9 (parents and 7 children) found it hard to fit comfortably. But, Tyler helped by ensuring we had an extra mattress and air mattress.

Spacious but small issues limit experience

Overall the place is nice and spacious, but it is clearly new to short term leasing and needs some kinks worked out to make for a more comfortable stay. Back neighbors played loud music late into the night 3 out of 4 nights (including Christmas) that disturbed the back bedroom and living areas. Two bedrooms have full, not queen beds.

Visiting my USI student

Property is easy to get to and conveniently located within town. There is limited seating space in the living area but overall a comfortable stay. I wish the host had been a little more responsive with check in. I requested to check in 1 hr early, which I fully understand is not ever a guarantee, but he responded he would check with the cleaning crew and let me know but never responded back. I have no problem with a response of can’t accommodate but telling me maybe and not responding back makes planning your time on a short visit difficult. I would have considered a direct no as being responsive.
