About the host
Hosted by Kim Rivera
I was born in Michigan but am truly a California native. While there are so many advantages to living in California, the best feature is the consistent beautiful weather. I’m a foodie that loves music, fashion, interior decor, DIY and animals. I love to explore areas of the city and enjoy sharing ideas of where to go and what to do with my VRBO guests.
Why they chose this property
I have always loved this part of Los Angeles with its proximity to just about everything. The walkability is the best.
The neighborhood is very welcoming, friendly and very diverse. I have always been drawn to the energy and creativity of the area.
What makes this property unique
First off ….. THE LOCATION! Everything is here.
When it comes to the rental unit, it’s cozy yet spacious and uncluttered with an homey feel. I’ve done my best to create a space that is not basic but rather more creative and welcoming.
The property is located on a corner so even though it is part of a duplex, the entrances are separated offering more privacy.
