YOUR HOME IN THE CITY SORRISO - House with 2 bedrooms + external room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. External area with + or - 400 m². Ideal to host with comfort and security people on a tourist or business trip in the Capital of Parana. My space is near the stadium of Atletico Paranaense (1.6km) and Clube Curitibano Tennis Center (500 meters) and Headquarters on Av. Getúlio Vargas (2 km), restaurants and meals, hypermarket, pharmacy, hospital. My space is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).

Desastre!!!!

Fiz reserva para o imóvel n. 4252946, em Curitiba, para o período de 25/07/2019 a 29/07/2019. Troquei mensagens com os proprietários comunicando inclusive a raça dos meus cães, antes de confirmar a reserva. Fique somente a primeira noite, entrei as 19 hs do dia 25 e saí às 8 hs do dia 2a, por absoluta insegurança a animais, que se aplica tambpem a crianças. Tive que encontrar outra hospedagem, super transtorno e despesa imprevista!!! As fotos constantes no site, bem como as informações não são falsas, mas OMITEM os IMENSOS perigos que a casa oferece a animais (e crianças), que podem levar a óbito. A casa é acessada por uma passarela elevada, uns 3 m de um espaço inferior gramado, cercada por uma ceca baixa, que não oferece nenhuma segurança. Esse caminho leva a porta de entrada, a uma escada caracol de cerâmica escorregadia que leva ao gramado abaixo e também a lavanderia nos fundos. A cerca baixa e a escada caracol escorregadia por si só já seriam altamente impróprias a animais (e crianças), mas no gramado há um tonel de óleo de churrasco. Se qualquer animal tem acesso ao conteúdo é uma situação de óbito por ingestão. O acesso à lavanderia leva a um muro final, também baixo, e do outro lado um buraco de uns 5 ms de altura, que dá acesso ao local onde ficam os cães dos anfitriões, latindo. Se um animal (ou criança) debruçam nesse muro, correm risco iminente de queda. Coloquei uma casa grande de cachorro bloqueando a passagem, mas só isso não é suficiente, pois o estímulo dos latidos é grande! Estes dois fatos por si só já demonstram que os anfitriões não tem qualquer conhecimento de normas de segurança para animais (e crianças), mas não para por aí.... O quarto em que ficam as camas de solteiro, no qual foi arrumada a minha cama, tem acesso a um terraço vazado que dá para a queda da primeira área gramada descrita e para a queda do muro do vizinho. Uma queda de uns 3m. Se isso só não bastasse, a casa apresenta outros grandes incômodos. Apesar de descrever que é a casa dos fundos, não aponta que não tem acesso ao carro e que este fica estacionado atrás do carro dos anfitriões, tendo que ser removido sempre que quiserem sair, bem como, não descreve que fica estacionado a mais de 100 m da casa locada, tendo que se passar por escadas e uma quadra com a bagagem até chegar na casa locada. O entorno da casa é bastante inseguro, tendo passado por vários moradores de rua e viciados em crack. O vizinho tocou FUNK altíssimo até quase 23 hs.
