Its hillside setting in the World Heritage Site of the historic Nelson's Dockyard National Park offers the security of a resort with the privacy and tranquility of your own secluded haven. This magnificent two-bedroom Villa with four guest cottages is an idyllic spot to rejuvenate mind, body and soul.

Nestled among luscious tropical gardens, this unique property occupies a prime position on the edge of peaceful Galleon Beach. The expansive sundeck with private pool is perfect for a refreshing afternoon dip, sundowners, stargazing or just sitting and absorbing the breathtaking views over Antigua’s winsome south coast.

Throughout the Villa, not a detail has been left to chance with every room appointed to the highest standard. Anyone who loves to cook will enjoy the fully fitted kitchen.

The impeccably styled lounge flows effortlessly through foldable doors into a shaded verandah overlooking the Caribbean Sea, replete with comfortable sofas and al fresco dining area. The deluxe master suite and additional bedroom have en-suite bathrooms with private garden showers.

A luxurious Hot Tub is located on the lower grill deck near the cottages for those relaxing evening sundowners.

Neptune Studio can be rented as Moondance Villa's 3rd bedroom. It is available as a solo unit or as part of the Moondance Villa rental. It has a separate access to enable privacy from the main Villa yet included as part of the group. It is self sufficient with its own kitchenette, bedroom lounge area and ensuite bathroom. Neptune is configured as 2 twin beds or 1 king bed, along with a queen sleeper sofa at no charge.

Stone steps from the center of the property's elevation lead to 3 self-contained guest cottages which may be added to a Villa rental. From its spacious patio, charming K’ai Etoile offers arresting scenes of the beach which is right in front of the balcony. Its delightfully decorated environs include an air-conditioned bedroom, living room with sleeper sofa for additional guests and fully-equipped kitchen. There is a television, bluetooth speaker, WIFI and a beautiful outdoor shower.

Twinkle, our spacious studio cottage is set in the peaceful gardens of the Moondance property just a thirty seconds stroll away from a white sandy beach, nearby nature trails & excellent snorkeling at the mouth of English Harbour. Equipped with a kitchen and a patio overlooking Freeman's Bay. The cottage has air conditioning, a television, purified water, bluetooth speaker, WIFI, as well as a kitchen and a separate bathroom.

Soleil Cottage was formerly the owner’s private retreat. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, you will want for nothing. There is a television, bluetooth speaker, free WIFI and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and located separate to the bedroom. The balcony is spaciously designed to allow fine dining with guests while enjoying the amazing sunsets.

All bedrooms boast air conditioning and fans, free WIFI in all areas, televisions with Fire Sticks for your apps, purified water, beach chairs, umbrella, and AMAZING views! All guests have access to an ice maker, hot tub, grill and washing machine. The Villa and 4 additional cottages were designed to be separated by elevation, gardens, and walkways and are arranged within the fenced and gated private property called Moondance Antigua.

From private chefs to spa treatments, we can suggest a variety of extras to
make your holiday special and utterly unforgettable. In fact, the only thing you may
have to worry about is how soon you can return to Moondance in Antigua.

17% Antigua Barbuda Sales Tax will be added to all bookings at checkout.
In addition, there is a Tourist Levy of $5 per night per traveler age 6 and above. This is collected upon arrival.

Peak period rates are 20% higher than High Season rates.
Low Season rates are 20% below High Season rates.
Minimum stay for the Villa is 7 nights all year.
