Starboard House

Starboard House is an elegant, but cozy and spacious canal front home. Front porch has ocean views, screened rear porch opens directly to the canal and to your boat up to 45´. Dock has mooring dolphins, water and power. Six Bedrooms and 2 living rooms are airconditioned, large ceiling fans throughout. Two kitchens. European furniture (German owners). All windows screened, roach-free. Audio and video facilities. Free use of 5 Bicycles and outdoor BBQ. Beach across the road in 300 feet.

I can not say enough positive things about this property. It is in the perfect location. The dock was great for our boat to pick us up for the day. The check-in process went seamless. We even landed early and were allowed to check-in an hour early. We had a party of 12, age ranges from 15-75 and the house was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculate. The kitchen had all of the appliances that were needed for the week. We had a slight problem with the generator but the homeowner and property manager worked diligently to remedy the situation. They were very responsive with all of our needs. The pictures of the house do not do this house justice. The rooms are decorated nicely with so many spacious sitting areas inside and outside. My favorite place was sitting on the dock watching the turtles.
