Location, Location, Location .. Within 100m 5 Other B&B In Area
Our home is close to everything & is an excellent neighbourhood. 20 minute drive from King Shaka International airport & 9km from the ICC. We are close to Gateway Shopping centre & beaches .... in fact we even have sea views from our patio. We are within in a 5 min walk to the Kensington Boulevard. We are on one of the main roads in Durban North so very easy to find. We have secure off street parking. Your room is spacious & quiet.
The Space
This is a large family home in an desirable area. It is close to Umhlanga beaches & gateway shopping centre. 15 mins drive to the harbour, 10 mins drive from the ICC. 5 mins easy walking distance to Kensington Square shopping boulevard & 12 mins walk to the trendy Mackeurtan Drive with an abundance of local hot spots & restaurants to cater for every taste. Large garden with a good sized pool.
Guest Access
Easy access to the property, with good parking space. Guests are requested to be home by 10.30pm.
Interaction with Guests
Excellent interaction with guests, I am an ex hotelier & understand the need to ensure guests comfort. A light breakfast is included, weather permitting this can be enjoyed on the outside patio with a view of the sea. Breakfast is included in room rate however dinner will be provided upon request at a charge of R70, this will include a local beer or glass of wine or soft drink. Collection for the airport can be arranged at R200 per journey.
The Neighborhood
It is an well established neighbourhood, in prime Durban North area. Loads of restaurants, banks, supermarkets & speciality shops within 5 mins walking distance. Easy driving to all Durban's prime attractions.
Getting Around
Excellent parking space & Uber easy to find our address. Alternatively, we can transport you for a fee.

This is a large friendly family home. We are extremely fortunate to have a fulltime housekeeper who keeps the home immaculate. It is a 5 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms & 4 people living in the home.
