Lucky Horse - Cozy 1 BR/1BA ski in/ski out condo in Granby Ranch

Nestled in the majestic Colorado Rocky Mountains, Granby Ranch offers true mountain adventures. Lucky Horse is a cozy one bedroom condo that features ski in/ski out amenities including skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing. During warmer months, relax by the pool, catch a fish to grill for dinner, mountain bike through the trails for a thrill, or go hiking to immerse yourself in the beauty of Colorado.

This bright and and inviting end unit condo features amenities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped to help you prepare meals and cocktails to enjoy inside or outside. If you prefer to grill, the shared BBQ and picnic area is located right outside the door. The dining room comfortably offers seating for 4 to share a meal or play games. Melt into the comfortable king size bed after a long day of exploring to rest for the next day of adventure. There is an additional comfortable queen size bed located in the sofa sleeper. Have the luxury of an in-unit washer and dryer to make you feel right at home. If you prefer to stay in and get cozy by the fire, you can use our free wifi or cable channels. If you are traveling with a little one, we offer a pack 'n' play and booster highchair for your family's convenience.

-You have use of the fire pit on our private patio. We just ask that you turn off the propane when you’re done and lock the furniture up after use.

-The pool, hot tub, and fitness facilities are open! The hot tub across from the condo is free for your enjoyment. There is a guest pool card for access provided to you. Note that you will be charged $20 for a lost key card. For $10/ person a day, you can enjoy the amenities Granby Ranch has to offer which include a heated pool, 20 person hot tub, and a gym.

-We love pets, however we are unable to host your furry friends due to HOA restrictions on guests with pets. We apologize for the inconvenience.

-No smoking is allowed on the premises.

Granby Ranch is located 90 minutes west of Denver and offers a getaway to enjoy the beauty of the Colorado Rockies. Located between Winter Park and Grand Lake, Granby Ranch is a desirable destination year round!

Activities:

-Night ski evenings are the perfect way to explore Granby Ranch in a whole new light. Ski or ride under the lit runs on East Mountain and enjoy warming up with a hot cocoa or a cocktail with your family at the firepit.

-Immerse yourself in a true mountain experience at Granby Ranch with skiing, riding, nordic, snowshoeing, and more. There are no shortages of opportunities for those looking to experience the Granby snow globe.

-Experience the splendor of award-winning rocky mountain golfing at Granby Ranch. The 18-hole championship course is perfect for golfers of all abilities. With meandering greens and unparalleled Rocky Mountain views, the course consistently ranks as one of the top mountain golf courses in the state. The course is open May through October and features strategically placed sand traps, lakes, and ponds.

-Explore the splendor of the Rocky Mountains. Granby Ranch offers 5,000 acres of Rocky Mountain views to explore. Hike among the aspens, columbines, and wildlife, all while enjoying views of the Fraser River and Winter Park. Granby Ranch offers the ultimate experience of Colorado’s famed outdoors.

-The YMCA of The Rockies is located 9 miles from Granby Ranch and offers indoor swimming with slides, a waterfall hike, archery, crafts, summer/snow tubing, campfires, mini golf, frisbee golf, and so much more!

*Fishing at Granby Ranch is currently unavailable for guests, however there are many local areas that are great for fishing!

Dining:

-Bluebird Bistro features fresh locally sourced ingredients all freshly prepared in our style of “Modern Mountain Cuisine.” From amazing burgers to brick-fired pizzas you are sure to find the perfect meal after a day of skiing. Open for lunch, dinner, and take-out 7 days a week.

-Slopeside is the perfect place to grab a quick bite to go as well as classic après favorites. From nachos to handmade pizzas, you are sure find exactly what hits the spot. The dining hall is open for full service Fri-Sun and limited grab and go items Mon-Thurs.

-City Market is a full service grocery store located at the entrance to Granby Ranch and just 3 miles from the condo.

Winter Park is a short drive (21 minutes) and offers world class skiing during the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Grand Lake is also an easy destination (21 minute drive) to enjoy fishing, boating, and swimming. Don't forget to hike and view wildlife at the Rocky Mountain National Park just located (22 minutes) up the road.
