Quaint room in a historic look Inn. Above a great Steakhouse. Comfortable room with a great bed, wife loves the charm. Will be staying there again.

The room was upstairs with no elevator so people with mobility conditions might want to reconsider. The room was cozy and bright. The bathroom was small but updated. The fridge in the hallway had water, soda and other non-alcoholic drinks. Very nice.

The Warwick Inn is not really an inn so that is a bit misleading. It is a cluster of rooms rented out by VRBO that are above a restaurant. I think, at one time, this was a traditional Inn with a reception area and it appears that the upstairs area of this large, old building has been sold to this private owner who uses VRBO. Although the room was appointed with all the basics (clean towels, sheets, tv, table and clean bathroom), the ceiling in the room and bathroom looked in desperate need of attention. There appeared to be water damage, cracks in the paint, and a slight bulge where the damage seems to have distorted the ceiling. There was no fridge in the room but a small common area on the floor with a shared fridge and Kcup coffee station. There were no waters in the fridge for guests and no cups in the rooms. Given that it was a heatwave, there was no way to get water. This was also not good. Additionally, I never received the code for entering the room so I had to contact the host when I arrived.

This room was completely cute and cozy. Super clean. Windows open with screens so you can get fresh air. There's a sitting area outside of the room that had coffee, a small fridge, and fresh apples. Location is great, it takes about six minutes to walk into town where there's lots of restaurants and shopping. Photo below is the shared outside sitting area

Great value, clean room, in wonderful Warwick, NY. Had a really nice time. One small glitch occurred when checking in. The room's keypad did not work due to low batteries. The owner got in touch with her son who came and fixed the issue. The rooms are above a lively restaurant/bar with moderately loud music playing. We liked the music, so it did not bother us in any way. But if you're looking for absolute quiet, that might be an issue for you. I'd definitely stay here again.
