This is a 560 sqft 1 bed/1 bath condo with two extra beds in the living area. You'll be in River Run Village with a short 5 minute walk to the gondola.
-Queen bed in the bedroom (VERY comfortable)
-Queen Murphy bed in the dining area (VERY comfortable)
-Sofa sleeper in the living room (surprisingly comfortable)

Condo comes stocked with fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, a kitchen full of everything you'd need, some spices, a crock pot, a blender and a coffee maker.

The patio door opens up to the gated courtyard with direct access to the pool and hot tub area. Perfect for summer and winter access without having to deal with elevators or hallways through the building. And there's a cozy gas fireplace to keep you warm on chilly nights.

There's a 50" TV with built in Roku + cable in the main living area. The bedroom has a smaller Roku TV with cable.

There's also a couple of fans in the closet for warmer months, plus a pack 'n play for infants/toddlers.

Check-in is facilitated by Summit County Mountain Retreats lockbox, 1 minute drive from the condo. Once you arrive, you'll be taken care of by a professional, local management company who will assist you with any problems that may arise.

We were walking distance to the Gondala and the location was perfect. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. The condo was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was steps from our patio. This was great!

Quick weekend get away

My husband and I and our adult children wanted to squeeze in a quick ski trip to Keystone. The host was amazing with great helpful information. Check in was smooth and the condo was adorable, well equipped, comfortable and close to the lifts and jacuzzi! We had a great weekend!

River Run village has a-lot of options and I am sure they are all pretty nice! However, Haider “VRBO Host” was one the best and most responsive owners we have ever rented from and we travel quite a bit. Condo is super nice and in a great location. Yes we would stay here again and recommend to a fried without hesitation! Our family had a great ski vacation and plenty of room for a family of 5 (3 grown boys in High School). Condo can easily sleep 6 comfortably!

We had a great few days in Keystone. The condo was conveniently located in River run village. The walk to the lift was easy and no further than the free parking lot if we had stayed elsewhere and had driven to the village. It had all the basics and the pool and hot tub were right outside of the back porch. Our only complaint, was that the Murphy bed was very squeaky. Every time my son moved at night the noise woke us up. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Perfect Ski Vacation Spot!

We were so happy with Haider's condo! It could not be more conveniently located on the first floor near the entrance to the building, next to the ski lockers and right by the outdoor hot tub! Save all your energy for the slopes and not lugging your equipment around the chalet! The condo itself was just perfect! It has everything you need, plus things you didn't even know you needed - like a humidifier! The dry winter air disappeared as soon as we turned this baby on - so great! Kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom even has all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. No need to bring yours along. Lots of towels, blankets linens - everything! Best part is how responsive and friendly the owner is. You can tell he really cares about your experience. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at River Run. It was our first time to Keystone, and this condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was in walking distance. Kids loved Kidtopia right next door, and opening the sliding door to the pool and hot tub! Everything was easy and convenient. The owner was wonderful at communicating with us. We are already planning our next vacation!

We had a great stay here. We come here regularly and stay at different places in River Run. This was one of our favorite for the proximity to the pool and the village. This trip was for two nights of Keller Williams at the Warren Center and it was great. Walking distance to the concert. The condo is appointed well, it is not overly luxurious but still has a nice level of finish. Plenty of dining supplies, good counter space and decent appliances. For the price it is right on point. We ended up using the Murphy and the Pull-Out, after reading the owners instructions on how to do so, it was wonderful and very easy to get around in. Keep in mind this is a one bedroom, so when it says it sleeps 6...sure its going to be tight. But it works great. Our kids enjoyed the pull out while my mother loved the Murphy as it had a great mattress. Our only issue was that there was not DVD player for the kids to watch a Christmas movie on. We met plenty of nice residents while we asked around for one but in the end...it all worked out without it. Just know this if you bring DVD's to watch at night. Checkin was a breeze, checkout was even easier. Also, yes its a condo not a hotel....just throw your towels on the floor and run the dishwasher before you leave. Super easy. Definitely recommend

Amazing 1/1

This is a very spacious 1/1 with a Murphy bed and a sleeper-sofa so it could sleep several comfortably. Haider was very responsive and accommodating. The proximity to Keystone mountain is awesome -- probably a 250 yard walk to the gondola. The heated parking garage under the building is a luxurious addition. I would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked unit and very helpful owner

We had a wonderful five night stay in this cozy condo and could not be happier. There were five people in our party and the unit easily accommodated us. All three beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. In the midst of the River Run area and only short stroll to the lifts and the main retail street on the River Run side of Keystone. Also, very convenient to the Expedition Station amenities and a great first floor location. The owner provides great instruction and assistance on how to maximize the space, and he was a pleasure to deal with in our experience. Communication was excellent throughout as his replies and follow up were always very prompt. In our opinion, the unit is a great value and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again Haider!

Christmas Trip

The condo was as pictured and clean. The kitchen was adequately equipped. There is no room for the breakfast table with both the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa out. We put the table and chairs in the kitchen, which leaves no room to go to the kitchen. Blankets and bedding could use an update, leaving me to wonder when they last laundered. Advertised to sleep 6 but towels provided for 4. The condo is on the first floor directly next to the ski lockers so it was noisy with people coming and going in their boots and gear. The underground garage is very tight. We parked our 12 seater van in the overflow parking outside. We had extra luggage and gear that we moved from storage in Vail that needed to be shipped home this year. I called Keystone Resorts for shipping options and spoke to a person who said he would ship my gear out after Christmas Day (as we left on Christmas Day and all deliveries were closed) if we left them with the Resort Check-in desk. However, when firming the logistics with the office before leaving the bags that evening, the desk refused to accept. Apparently they were not in communication with or did not work cohesively with the guys picking up deliveries. I guess I expected too much? After a moment of freaking out, as we were leaving early the next morning, we decided to take all 5 gear bags to check into the airlines. I took the gear in the car and the rest of my family took an Uber to get home from the airport. My advice is not to expect more than check-in/out services from the desk at Buffalo Lodge. Overall, the condo was cramped, but fine. We had a good trip. The price is right, but it should be a 4 person condo, not 6, as indicated. It was a short walk to everything, so the location is good. The ice rink is directly outside. They had free cookies at 4pm daily.

This condo is perfectly placed in River Run and such a great vacation destination. We have stayed in the village dozens of times and needed a new place to try for a quick spontaneous weekend and I'm so glad we did! Location is perfect. Amenities perfect. We're a family of 4 from Broomfield, Colorado who've always dreamed of having a place in the mountains. We love to hike, bike and ski.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place that was great for kids, and a place that was all around convenient. This place shined because of the higher ceilings, the central location, and most importantly, the patio that walks out to the garden/pool area. This allowed our 8 year old twins to be at the pool (they're experienced swimmers!) while we're making lunch or dinner in the kitchen without having to worry since we can see and hear them the entire time. And having stayed at many other places in River Run before, we appreciate the ability to hop out of the hot tub and run directly into our unit for another drink without having to walk down halls and wait for elevators!

What makes this property unique

Facing the courtyard, it's very quiet, and it provides direct access to the pool and hot tub area. With so much construction going on around the village lately, having absolute quiet and tranquility is a huge plus. All while still being a 5 minute walk to the gondola.
