They are a bit strict and the cameras make you feel like your constantly being watched. The price is fair for the property but the kitchen needs some updating.

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to be clear and consistent with our house rules to ensure a smooth stay for all guests and to protect the property. The exterior cameras are disclosed in the listing and are in place solely for safety and security—there are no cameras inside the home. We appreciate your note about the kitchen and will keep it in mind as we plan future updates. Thank you for staying with us.
