Villa di Koko Brisa is built on a cliff directly upon the Caribbean. There are spectacular sunsets over the sea and wonderful sunrises over the mountains each day. The yard features a tropical garden with a pool, a garden arch with grape vines, a large patio on the sea with a jacuzzi, and steps to the sea leading to a dock with a ladder for entrance to the water. It is secluded and off the beaten path with charming restaurants and beaches within a five to ten minute drive. The interior has been designed for both comfort and beauty and features work of local artist. It is a perfect blend which combines the pleasantries of a villa with the nature and open beauty of a cottage.

The location, cleanliness, property owners, and features of the property were great. The direct snorkeling or diving access from the villa is amazing. The location of this villa to the premier west end bocas/beaches can’t be beaten. It is convenient to some local restaurants but we also took advantage of the gas grill. This villa feels like a home away from home, more than a rental. We did experience issues with the main HVAC in the kitchen. The property manager had a technician fill the coolant the next day, however it had stop working again two days later and wasn’t addressed before we left. The property manager said his technician was sick. Two things to consider for this villa is the dishwasher doesn’t work and the refrigerator doesn’t have an ice maker but overall this is a very nice villa!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Koko Breeza! Fred &Jamie are the most accommodating hosts. The villa was amazing with everything you need for relaxing island getaway. Curaçao is a must do; with so many activities to choose from. The waters are crystal clear with amazing scuba and snorkeling opportunities. I highly recommend staying here for the ultimate vacation! We will definitely be back!
