Enjoy our great amenities, from our Zen Zone massage room that doubles as a movie room, to the comfortable bedrooms (dibs on Andy’s Room), and to the out of this world arcade and lounge area with featured Toy Story pinball machine. You’ll have everything you need to relax and enjoy your time, except that nearby Pizza Planet.



Other Things to Note:

Please shower before entering the pool or hot tub.



Please strip the linens and comforters off of the beds that were used and place the bedding in front of the laundry area before leaving.

Andy's House is awesome

We booked this property for a family event. The house is awesome with the arcade being a big hit, the movie theater with massaging chairs and all the little details. The property is in a great location - close to everything. Communication with the owner was excellent. Will book this again the next time we visit Rockford

Fantastic stay, couldnt have been any better

This was my first time using VRBO. Philip is who i worked with and he explained everything to me. The house was fantastic and the kids had such a great time. Any time i had a question, Philip immediately responded and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely be using VRBO and their company Rock City Rentals.
