Perfect getaway!
The house was fantastic, tucked away from the main road yet close enough to walk and bike to popular stores and restaurants on 30A and of course the beach! Our property manager was attentive and accommodating, would definitely stay here again!

Nice House in a Great Location
Very happy with our choice for this vacation. Nice house in a really central location. Just across the street from the beach access and near 2 community pools. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. House is comfortable with lots of outdoor space.

We just loved this sweet house that was walking distance from the beach. Well appointed and tastefully decorated. 4 adults and 3 kids were able to spread out and enjoy this cute property. We had a fantastic week at Coastal Cottage! While the trip was mostly a rainout, we were so close to the beach that we could go during pockets of sunshine, and the great screened in porch was a great place for all of us to watch the rain. The backyard was lovely, and the house itself is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. We will check this rental for availability the next time we head back to 30A!

Our family had a fantastic week in 30A and LOVED staying in the Coastal Cottage! The house is adorable & very close to the beach! If you forget anything it's quick & easy to bike or walk back. We really liked the kids having their own section of the house with TV's and a bathroom. It was great having a private back patio & yard, too! The location of this rental was great, super close to the beach and community pool. Unfortunately we would not stay here again or recommend this rental. We arrived for a 7 night stay and upon arrival the WiFi was not working and did not get resolved by the management company our entire stay which made the week an inconvenience. The homes pictures are also a bit misleading as the home looks a lot more clean and up to date than we felt it actually was.

Our maintenance team attempted to resolve the issue during your stay, but it required the service provider's intervention. While we generally donāt offer refunds for Wi-Fi-related issues, we made an exception in your case and provided compensation for the inconvenience. Although some situations are beyond our immediate control, we always strive to make things right, and we appreciate your understanding.
We're glad you enjoyed the clean setup of the home, though the photos did not do justiceānew photos are definitely in order, especially with the upcoming updates the owner is making next week! We appreciate your comments as they help us ensure our listings are accurate and our amenities reliable.

Upon arrival, this property was beautiful. After settling in we noticed the a/c was leaking behind the wall and water was coming up through the floor. This was obviously an issue that has been ongoing because the flooding in the den and master bedroom was warped. Our first night there, the water coming through the floor was so bad in the bedroom that it soaked through multiple towels and the flooring would sink with water seeping out when stepping on it. The smell from mold/ old water was terrible. This smell continued our entire trip. There was also plumbing issues upon arrival in the master. The ac was fixed the next day, however having to smell the old musty water smell through our trip was unacceptable. This should have been taken care of before our arrival. Very unprofessional. Rugs need to be thrown away or cleaned.

The Coastal Cottage in Cassine Village was exactly what we were looking for when we visited Seagrove Beach this year. It was perfect for me, my 2 teenage daughters and their 2 friends. We had room to spare. The cottage is beautifully decorated and feels like a model home. The master bed was so comfortable and the linens were very high quality. The backyard and screened in porch are precious. Beware that there could be some construction next door, so if that bothers you, ask ahead of time. We try to stay in Cassine Village every time we visit Seaside. It is an excellent location. Close to everything and right across the street from the beach entrance. The community has pools, a basketball hoop, etc.. My only complaint would be the lack of necessities provided with the rental, and Iām not sure if this is the property management company or the owner. You are given one towel per person. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. There are no throw blankets anywhere or beach towels. There is no Tupperware, plastic bowels, paper items, etc.. The property did not have beach chairs or bikes, which was really unusual for a Seagrove rental. When laying on the couch at night watching Netflix (which was very nice, by the way), I had to cover up with my beach towel. Ha! Anyway, adding some necessities and common comforts would truly make this the perfect experience. It is a beautiful property!

This is a beautiful 3-bedroom beach cottage with all the updates to make it a beautiful and comfortable stay. But there is always room for improvement and we will surely take note of your feedback. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. We are sorry if this was not clear when you booked the location. We found that most guest have a preference on brands so we provide a starter kit for the first night. We can also pass the information along about the other items you mentioned to make the rental perfect for your next stay. We canāt wait to see you again.

Great location for spring break, easy beach access. Close enough for teens to enjoy seaside and far enough for adults to avoid said teens. Excellent floor plan, good sized rooms. Would highly recommend.
